In the Pokayoke System Ver. 1.0, we provided a device to prevent forgetting to tighten screws and bolts in the assembly process, featuring digital display of work instructions, specification of tools and parts, work control through OK signals for tool tightening, and a function to save work records as CSV data. In Pokayoke System Ver. 2.0, we further strengthened parts management by collaborating with the "Mitemasu BOX" from Two One Co., Ltd., which has a locking mechanism!
